# 1Voucher

# 1Voucher Deposits
FlashBetZA supports deposits using 1Voucher. All you need is a valid 1Voucher PIN and your mobile number.

### How to make a deposit
1. Log in to your FlashBetZA account.
2. Open your **Wallet**.
3. Select **Deposit**.
4. Choose **1Voucher** as your payment method.
5. Enter your **1Voucher PIN**.
6. Enter your **mobile number**.
7. Confirm the details and submit your deposit.
Your FlashBetZA balance will be updated as soon as the payment is successfully processed.

### What happens if I use only part of my voucher?
If your deposit is less than the value of your 1Voucher, the remaining amount will not be lost. A new voucher for the difference will be sent to the mobile number entered during the deposit.
**Example:** If you use a **R500 voucher** to deposit **R150**, a new voucher worth **R350** will be sent to your mobile number.
Make sure you enter the correct mobile number so that you can receive the new voucher.

### Having trouble with your deposit?
Make sure that:
* Your voucher PIN has been entered correctly.
* The voucher has not already been used.
* The voucher has sufficient value.
* Your mobile number has been entered correctly.
If your payment is successful but your balance does not update, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

**Please note:** 1Voucher is the only voucher type currently accepted on FlashBetZA. BluVoucher, OTT vouchers, and vouchers from other providers are not accepted. Please ensure you purchase the correct voucher before making a deposit.
