How to start your KYC verification
Completing your KYC verification is an important step that brings you closer to making withdrawals. To get started, simply head over to the KYC Verification page and follow the prompts.
Things you'll need
To complete your verification, you’ll need to upload the following documents:
- ID Document (ID card, green ID book, or driver’s license are accepted).
- Proof of Banking (bank statement or bank confirmation letter, dated within the last 3 months).
Troubleshooting Upload Issues
Uploading your documents is usually quick and straightforward. If you run into any issues, here are a few helpful tips:
Software‑level checks:
- Confirm the file type is accepted. An ID document must be a clear image (HEIC Format excluded and needs to be converted) and proof of bank account must be a PDF, PNG, JPG or JPEG.
- Check that your file size isn’t too large.
- Ensure the document is clear, readable, and not blurry.
- Confirm the file isn’t corrupted.
- Try using a different browser (preferably Google Chrome or any equivalent) or clearing your browser cache.
- Disable any browser extensions that might block uploads.
Device & Hardware Checks:
- Double-check your internet connection for stability.
- Try uploading from a different device.
- Restart your device to clear any temporary issues.
- Make sure files aren’t stored on damaged storage devices (e.g., faulty USB or SD card)
- Ensure your camera or scanner is working properly for clear document capture if you are using such a method.
- Disable battery-saving or performance modes that may interrupt uploads on mobile devices
