I no longer have access to my email address, what do I do?

No worries, we’ve got you covered! The next steps depend on whether you can still access your account:


✅ If you’re still logged into your FlashBetZA account:

You can easily update your email address yourself. Simply follow these steps to edit your email:

  1. Click on your profile avatar. (top right of your screen).
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Click on the "EDIT" button.


🔒 If you’re logged out of your account:

If you can’t remember your password and no longer have access to your email to reset it, please reach out to our support team right away.

Just open a new chat in the chat-box and share as much information as you can. Our team will assist you in getting everything sorted as quickly as possible!
