# How To Edit Your KYC details

# How to Update Your KYC Verification
You can update your KYC verification documents directly from your account using the **Update KYC Verification** option found in the [Verification](https://flashbetza.com/profile/verification) page.

### When Should I Update My KYC Verification?
You may need to update your verification if:
* Your personal information has changed.
* Your identification document has expired.
* Your banking details have changed.
* You need to replace an incorrect document.

### How to Update Your KYC Verification
1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the [**Verification**](https://flashbetza.com/profile/verification) page.
3. Click **Update KYC Verification**.
4. Upload the required documents.
5. Confirm that all information is correct.
6. Submit your updated verification for review.

### What Happens After Submission?
Once your updated KYC verification has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the verification team.
Your verification status will be updated once the review has been completed. You may be asked to submit additional information if a document cannot be verified or does not meet the required standards.
Submitting updated documents does not guarantee immediate approval.

### Unable to Update Your Verification?
If the **Update KYC Verification** button is unavailable or you experience an error:
1. Refresh the page and try again.
2. Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
3. Try using a different browser or device.
4. Clear your browser cache and reload the website.
5. Contact Customer Support if the issue continues.

When contacting support, include a screenshot of the error where possible, but do not send sensitive documents through an unsecured channel.
