My payment went through but my deposit is cancelled?

If a payment was made but your deposit request has been cancelled and the funds have not reflected in your wallet balance, please contact our Support Team immediately for assistance.


To investigate the transaction, you will need to provide proof of payment for the exact deposit.


Your proof of payment must clearly show the following details:


  • Date and time of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Bank name
  • Reference or transaction ID

Once provided, our team will review the transaction and assist you further.


Deposit request created but not credited/Payment made without deposit request

If your deposit request was successfully created and you have made an EFT but the funds have not yet been credited to your wallet balance or if you have made a payment to us without requesting a deposit, please contact our Support Team for assistance.


To investigate the transaction, you will need to provide proof of payment for the exact deposit.

  • Date and time of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Bank name
  • Reference or transaction ID

Frequently asked questions


Can I deposit using a voucher?

Voucher payments (OTT, Blu Vouchers etc.) are currently not supported on our platform. Deposits can only be made using the following methods:

  • Card Payments
  • EFT Payments

We are always looking to improve the experience for all players and we may add voucher payment options in the future to provide more flexibility.


How Long Does a Deposit Take?

Depending on the method, your deposit is instant with the exception of the following methods:

  • Pay at ATM (Requires proof of payment)
  • Online Bank Transfer (Requires proof of payment)

Please be sure to reach out to our support team if your deposit is taking longer to be credited


Why didn't I receive my bonus?

If you did not receive a deposit bonus, it is due to one of the following reasons:

  • Deposit bonuses are only available on your first two qualifying deposits. If you have already used both bonus offers, no further deposit bonus will be applied.
  • The bonus option was not selected on the deposit page before completing your payment.

If you believe you qualified and still did not receive your bonus, please contact our Support Team for assistance.


I am seeing "failed to load deposit methods?".

This message often appears when attempting to make a new deposit when your account is not verified.
