I cannot see withdrawal options?

If you cannot see the option to withdraw your balance, then you most likely have not completed your KYC verification. Once your documents and details are submitted and reviewed by our team, the option to withdraw becomes available.

My withdrawal amount is not being accepted?

The minimum amount for withdrawals is 150 ZAR and any amounts below this will not be accepted.

My withdrawal is still pending?

Withdrawal processing times depend on your selected method. If your withdrawal remains pending beyond the expected processing time, please contact Support and include the withdrawal amount, selected method, and number of outstanding withdrawal requests.

What Is Wagering?

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before your funds become eligible for withdrawal. The requirement depends on whether you are using deposited cash or bonus funds.

Cash Deposits: 1x Wagering

Cash deposits are subject to a 1x wagering requirement. This means you must wager your deposited amount once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
Example:
If you deposit R150, you must place eligible bets totalling R150.

Bonus Funds: 40x Wagering

Bonus funds are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
Example:
If you receive a R150 bonus, you must place eligible bets totalling R6,000:
R150 × 40 = R6,000
The 40x wagering requirement applies only to bonus funds—it does not apply to your cash deposit.

Play at Your Own Pace

You do not need to complete your wagering requirement with one large bet. You can place smaller bets over time, including eligible bets as low as R1. Each eligible bet will contribute to the wagering requirement attached to the balance used.

• Cash deposits are subject to 1x wagering.
• Bonus funds are subject to 40x wagering.
• Cash and bonus wagering requirements are tracked separately.
• Bets placed using your cash balance will not contribute towards bonus wagering requirements, and bets placed using your bonus balance will not contribute towards cash wagering requirements.
• Depositing funds does not count towards wagering. Only eligible bets you place will contribute.
