I cannot see withdrawal options?

If you cannot see the option to withdraw your balance via Bank Transfer, then you most likely have not completed your KYC verification. Once your documents and details are submitted and reviewed by our team, the option to withdraw becomes available.

The automated email you receive informing you about your with simply means your withdrawal has moved from pending to completed on our system.

Most withdrawals reflect within a few hours to 1 business day, but may need the full 1-2 business days to process from the date of request depending on your bank’s clearing times.
